Pete Vo

Pete Vo joined Kashyap Law in 2025 after completing his Bachelor of Laws at Auckland University of Technology. He is developing a broad general practice, with a particular focus on property and private client matters.

Pete works with clients on residential property purchases and sales, conveyancing, refinancing and a range of general property matters. He understands that a property transaction is often one of the most significant financial decisions a client will make and focuses on explaining the process clearly, identifying potential issues and helping each matter progress as smoothly as possible.

His private client practice includes the preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney, and applications concerning the appointment of property managers and welfare guardians. Through this work, Pete assists clients and their families with making important arrangements for the future and navigating situations where a loved one may require additional support.

Pete takes a careful and approachable approach to his work. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, communicate clearly and ensure that they remain informed throughout their matter.

As Pete continues to develop his general practice, he works closely with Aaron and Sarah on matters requiring senior or specialist input. This collaborative approach allows his clients to benefit from Pete’s attentive day-to-day involvement together with the knowledge and experience of the wider Kashyap Law team. He can assist clients in both English and Vietnamese.
